Series B Funded Position - Global Head Supply Experience : 10 - 12 years in Global Logistics (EXPATS Preferred) Location - Gurgaon Job Description : - To manage end-to-end supply chain, which includes demand & supply, Operations, sourcing & Customer service. - Guide the sustainable change, performance improvement and development of internal operations & Supply Chain - Daily execution of best in class customer service levels and product availability, high quality on time in full delivery and optimal management of human and financial resources. - Own & Drive S&OP process involving all functional leads - Responsible from ideation to execution of Supply Chain Strategy - Bring in system capability Lead tactical response to supply chain problems impacting service performance and customer satisfaction. - Responsible for demand and supply forecasting, inventory planning and capacity management to meet the needs of the customer base. - Evaluate past performance data to forecast needs and develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. - Develop strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize the value of the entire Function. - Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to Procurement. - Lead negotiation efforts for major contracts. - Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly. - Establishes annual goals and objectives in coordination with corporate objectives, and manages performance to ensure attainment Desirable Skills and Experience : - Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Global logistic or similar relevant position required. - Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Masters's degree preferred. - Results and solutions focused. - Understands market dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape. - Confident, articulate, and able to influence at all levels with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong working knowledge of supply chain management principles. - Proven ability to lead and manage experience with global supply chain ecosystem projects within timeline and budgetary constraints across functional areas.
