HEAD SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS Experienced Supply-Chain expert who will lead and expand the business with our product and service offerings. The role will work closely with leadership and Supply Chain Heads in customer organizations to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions and offer capabilities to ensure cost reduction and improve quality and efficiency. The individual would need to understand the complete eco system, dynamics, and various touch points across the supply chain in order to offer tailor made solutions that achieve cost savings and streamline processes for clients. This will be a pivotal role with a fusion of supply chain, business development and operations. Requirements: - Supply Chain Engineering Graduate/Post graduate with over 15 years of experience in a Supply Chain department leadership role - Certification in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage - Macro and micro understanding of supply chain functions such as Demand planning, Material Planning, Material management, Transportation Planning, Contract Logistics, Cross-border Logistics and Supply Chain - The candidate should come with a sizeable span of control as part of current supply chain role - Should have had experience in managing multiple sites, ideally with a track record in opening new sites - The ability to work in a face paced and ever-changing environment with highly evolved problem-solving skills - Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and influence at all levels - Should be technology savvy and process-savvy have working knowledge of any platform - In-depth understanding of logistic regulatory compliance a must
