- Manage end to end Supply Chain experience across Supply & Demand Planning, Inventory Management, International & domestic logistics, Quality assurance, ERP, purchasing and Customer Service

- Ensure the supply readiness as per the 3-5 years growth plan of the organization

- Manage raw material and distribution costing

- Optimal inventory investment to ensure responsiveness in supply chain to meet business requirements

- Setting up of the processes and its strict adherence to ensure food safety and quality

- New Product Launches

- Supplier & Stake holder Management for identifying performance improvement opportunities

- Build cost efficiency strategies

- Develop people/team, coach and build team capability to be able to deliver results

- Manage Logistics, Warehousing, Cold Chain Operations, Distribution, Purchase functions
