Our client is defining the future of the Hospitality and e-commerce industry in India and has come a long way since its inception. They are on a growth trajectory and looking for a dynamic candidate who can head the Supply Chain for their business and hence is recruiting for a Head of Supply Chain and Procurement. They have already established their mark in India and are currently on a phase of extending their presence abroad.

Description

Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for -

- Leading the end to end supply chain and procurement function including direct, indirect procurement, logistics, new product development

- Leading the strategy and execution along with defining the way forward for the supply chain function in a fast-paced supply chain network

- Managing a large team along with the responsibility for their growth and development in the organization

- Working closely with different functional heads to ensure the smooth flow of operations

Profile

You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in handling end to end supply chain in a fast paced environment ideally in FMCG/FMCD/Ecomm/Consulting industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and the ability to manage large-scale business operations
