Supply Chain Manager (Head) - FMCG

- Planning and executing supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution of products to Co's consumers, customers and distributor partners

- Manage a team of Raw/Packed Material and Finished goods planners leading forecasting & planning for manufacturing operations of a plant / category

- Work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right products

- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers

- Lead Cost savings and Supply Chain re-design projects for your category to improve inventory

- Coordination for distribution requirements for finished goods across plants, DC and logistics partners

- Reduce Physical distribution cost while improving service levels.

- You will coordinate all supply chain planning and related activities for Co's business.

- Accountable for service levels and to provide focus and integration of data throughout the order fulfilment process.

- This role will utilize knowledge and capabilities across the supply chain sub-specialties of demand planning, supply planning, order fulfilment and inventory management.

- Responsible for developing systematic processes and exception-based tools to deliver reliable product supply results as measured by fill rates/Instocks availability across platforms

- As the lead supply chain resource manager will work with cross-functional teams to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all turn business, promotions, seasons and timely assortment MDM changes

- Responsible for driving fill rate/OTIF and Instocks agenda with key accounts through clearly defined reconciliation internal and external processes

- Managing the First mile Last mile operations and entire order

Qualification And Experience:

i. MBA in Supply Chain with 8-12 years' experience in Supply Chain with a FMCG industry

ii. Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure

iii. Ability and drive to work independently.

iv. Excellent inter personal skills and ability to work with cross functional team.
