Sourcing : 1. Develop and enhance sourcing strategies for all SKU ranging from groceries disposables and consumables to fixed assets ensuring quality and lowest costs across country. 2. Create vendor base across country in line with expansion plans 3. Create SKU-level supply and demand planning models to ensure optimum stocks levels are maintained to avoid stock-outs, over-stocking and expiry Warehouse Operations :&nbsp; 1. Managing flawless Warehousing operations across all regions 2. Devise strategy to optimize warehousing cost 3. Keep Warehouse inventory variance in check Logistics:&nbsp; 1. Manage third-party logistics for on time delivery to per delivery schedule Commercials. 2. Responsibility for vendor contract management, negotation and payment cycle.
