Head - Supply Chain Management & Operations - Agri Commodity

We require a Head--Supply chain Management & Operations, based in Delhi/NCR/Sonepat for a Leading Speciality Food Brand in India & Abroad, one of the trusted Brands in 4 continents, has won several prestigious accolades both in India and abroad, stands strong as the leading processor and exporters of packaged basmati rice in the country. The company is a dynamic and diversified agribusiness and foods company dealing with varied businesses such as Organic Foods, Grain Storage, Staple Foods and Healthy snacks market with a turnover of 3500+ crores.

The company has formed a Joint Venture with Leading Japanese Snacks Maker, Global Leader in Rice-based Snacks for healthier Snacking options.

Key Responsibilities/background expected is:

1) A techno-commercial manager having exposure of min 15 years with substantial time in agri commodity processing. Preference shall be given to organic processing.

2) Should be able to implement modern concepts of measurement metric on SC and operation

3) The ideal candidate shall a person in the age bracket of 40-45, having started with plant and past 5 years managing scm & ops of the organization having multiple plants

4) Based on demand, plan production (own plant and tolling) Plan delivery as per schedule and organize its execution

5) Report to the director and manages ops and scm team.
