Head - Supply Chain Management - FMCD

Client : Is a leading FMCD company into adhesives and similar products

Job purpose :

The role holder will be responsible for formulation, effective deployment & driving the Supply Chain Strategy for clients businesses. The role holder will also be responsible for creating effective partnerships with global & national suppliers to deliver significant cost advantage and ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction through efficient operation of the Planning, Procurement and logistics functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop a comprehensive Supply Chain strategy that involves Strategic Sourcing, Planning, Pricing & Logistics, Inland/Ocean & Warehousing in line with the overall Supply Chain Strategy

- Track the trends in Supply Chain management in the allied industries to streamline sourcing & planning to avoid the Bull-whip effects.

- Define the standard operating procedures for procurement and logistics and guide the annual planning process for the divisions in alignment with supply/demand scenarios for all product lines.

- Deliver cost benefits on the procurement of Raw Materials inventory levels both Raw Materials & Finished Goods & efficient optimization of Logistics & operational efficiencies.
