We are currently looking for Head SCM role with a leading Electric 2 W company in Automobile Segment.

Role - Head SCM operations

KRA's

- Supply Chain Management & Strategy, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Digitization Initiatives, Supply Chain Planning & Network Design, SCM Program Management, E-Material Flow Management.

- Responsible for Supply Chain Strategy for production plant by evaluating supply risk, profit impact etc for and plan for seamless supplies from direct supply chain partners to production units.

- Responsible for warehouse improvement activities in order to improve overall efficiency in overall value chain as well as responsible for internal as well as external warehouse management

- Handled Inventory Management (BOP+WIP+Finished) while maintaining physical inventory reconciliation with SAP and without any inventory shrinkage.

- Plan and control Operations and Supply Chain Ramp up by capacity planning and controlling supply chain of local and imported SKU's.

- Ensuring 100% adherence to Demand Fulfillment through OE Production/Export/VOR/SPD Requirement.

- Yearly target setting of the section on the PQCDMS parameters and achievement of the same through daily monitoring by means of daily work management indicators for defined KPI.

- Ensuring supply chain management through proper coordination between PPC & 3PL to procure right material at right time and of right quality and of cutting edge technology using E Material Flow.

- Check on Capacity enhancements and readiness ahead of demand to meet business targets.

- Ensuring New Model readiness and implementation as per the defined timelines.Inbound logistics management through 3PL (Third Party Logistics).

- SOP's (Standard Operating Procedure) creation and adherence of the department.

- Improve purchasing cost through various improvement projects (IBL,LEAP, EMF etc).
