Head - Supply Chain/Logistics & Contract Manufacturing/Procurement - FMCG

The Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement Head is responsible for the procurement of all logistics both at a strategic as well as tactical level which mainly includes transportation, warehousing, as well as managing existing contract manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for supplier relationship management including management of relationships with strategic partners, supplier general supplier communication activities.

- Develop team with diverse capabilities in order to deliver objectives that are in line with requirements of the business

- Develop and drive strategy deployment focused towards tactical and long term organizational and functional goals & drive Productivity pipeline.

- Drive change management and innovation in the company to leverage market conditions

- Leads commercial handling of 3rd party packers and contract manufacturing. Drive the cost workings and analysis for different commercial models.

- Negotiate for best commercial terms for new contracts, renewals as well as other agreements

10+ to 15 years of relevant post qualification experience in Supply Chain function in a FMCG/Food/Beverage/FMCG industry, where he/she should have demonstrated strong commercial acumen. Experience of handling contract manufacturing for a decent size company/ manufacturing experience is a plus.
