Head - Supply Chain - Fertilizer Trading Business (12-15 yrs)
1. Responsible for increasing the Fertilizer SBU's Market penetration, turnover and profitability through efficient management of Fertilizer Trading business. To provide strategic support and market leverage to marketing team through Urea port handling and marketing.
2. Responsible for achieving Grade wise projected Contribution
3. Develop contacts for sourcing of fertilizers
4. Coordinate with Commercial and Finance for procurement basing on derived vessel wise/product wise contribution projections
5. Finalization of receiving port basing on market requirements
6. Port operations of imported fertilizer within the budgeted (projected) costs,
7. Develop people capabilities to achieve efficient logistics and distribution parameters
8. Develop State wise marketing plan for imported Grades
9. Effective utilization of existing marketing teams to ensure marketing of the products and receivable management.
10. Achieve vessel wise projected profitability.
Full time IIM & NITIE candidates preferred
