Head - Supply Chain - EV Vehicle Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)

Scrabble is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Supply Chain to join a Vehicle Manufacturing company based in Gurgaon .
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of vehicles and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and maintain efficient supply chain processes.
- Identify and onboard reliable vendors and negotiate favorable contracts to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance and cost efficiencies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to recommend and implement best practices in procurement and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and ethical practices.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of professional expertise
- Profound involvement in the electric vehicle sector or the production of two-wheeled vehicles.
