Description
Reporting in to the COO, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end supply chain function for the organisation.
- Bringing strategic vision, and guidance to the entire supply chain function.
- Devise metrics to measure, monitor, and improve supply chain performance and contribution to the overall business objectives.
- Create and drive systems to optimise OTD, and maximise cost savings.
- Lead a large team, with responsibility for the personal and professional development of your reportees.
Profile
In order to apply successfully to this opportunity, you will:
- Have at least 15 years of functionally relevant experience.
- Be an engineer with an MBA in a relevant field (materials management, supply chain, operations etc).
- Have experience leading (HoD level) the end-to-end supply chain function in a well established organisation
- Have proven team management experience and credentials
- Have demonstrable experience of partnering with businesses to scale their operations up exponentially
