Customer Service - Define what is the service expected by the customers and implement processes and KPI to deliver expected service. - Ensure Customer satisfaction through all distribution channels. - Provide a complete end to end support to the customer from order booking to delivery. - Track product shortages/mismatch in the shipments &amp; resolving the same with help of warehouse. - Responsible for compiling the data required for Business MIS. 2. Demand &amp; Supply Planning - Drive the S&amp;OP Process, with timely demand meeting, analysis &amp; present the data for sales evaluation. - Product availability, Lead time reduction, NPD, Reduction in inventory. - Inventory Optimization &amp; value as per company guidelines. 3. Coordination with Industrial Logistics - Define the capacity to be implemented and the expected service. - Have a monthly SOP meeting with production and suppliers in order to insure that the implemented capacity meets the sales forecast. - OTD review with all internal and external suppliers. - Finish goods stock planning to insure product availability. - Review regularly DIO - depreciation stock and scrap with all suppliers. 4. Customer Logistics - OTD Transportation &gt; 95% - Logistics cost at the maximum at budget - Manage inventory and stock accuracy to insure product availability - Logistics OTD &gt; 98% - Insure the compliance of physical - information and financial flows 5. Team Management - Lead &amp; Mentor SCM team to achieve the business goal: customer orientation for all staff involved is a must. - Have a people development plan in order to support the company development and reduce the staff TO. Required Profile: - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management. - Team Management Skills. - Good knowledge of Processing, Demand &amp; Supply Planning, Vendor Management, Sourcing and Localisation. Education: - Electronics or Electrical Engineering. - Master or MBA in Supply Chain Management. Experience: - At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Language: - Good written and oral communication skills in the English language. - Knowledge of French is a plus
