Role: Head-Supply Chain Reporting: Factory Head Job Description: - To achieve highest standard in inventory management, packing and dispatches of goods through well-defined process and system. - To plan and implement a proper layout to ensure proper storage and seamless operations. - Managed and supervised the daily activities of Warehouse Associates in the fulfillment of customer orders and general warehouse operations. - To build &amp; control the required safety measure over the total inventory at the warehouse and also the safety of the employees working inside the warehouse. - To have a budgeted and approved cost plan, head wise and to always achieve the actual cost spend in line with the budgeted cost. - Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows. - To continuously analyses the entire warehousing operations, manager &amp; executives and to drive towards understanding the business requirements. - To Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product distribution needs. Direct the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.
