- Manage the entire import of finished goods from across the globe
- Handle the local distribution along with Warehousing and 3PL management

Headquartered in U.S, the company has a presence in over 75 countries. With focus on sustainable development, the company operates with state of the art laboratories for research and product development. The current role required is for the Head of Supply Chain profile which will be based out of the Gurgaon Head office
Description :
Reporting to the Managing Director, the main responsibilities will include :
- Import of finished goods from across the globe, including freight management, custom clearance
- Management of local distribution of the products all across India
- Maintaining and developing the 3PL partners
- Complete warehouse management for the goods
- Managing the sourcing and procurement practices with the global suppliers
- Working on the planning side to ensure timely availability of the material
Profile :
You will have :
- A minimum of 10 years experience post you masters degree
- Knowledge and expertise in imports and logistics
- Prior experience in building material space will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior management and the global stakeholders
- Good negotiation skills
- Working relationship with various 3PL partners across the country
