Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the Operations across various Warehouses
- Drive process excellence through operational efficiency and productivity with the use of world class technology across the waregouses.
- Responsible to drive implementation of Transport Management System (TMS) / ERP by adoption of new technologies / automation through change management.
- Analyse the current infrastructure constraints & current Business Model & remove bottlenecks.
- Drive Daily / Weekly / Monthly Business Scorecards / KPIs.
- Constantly reviewing the Transport Vendor Performance Levels, Customer Feedbacks, Sales Feedback and data from Customer Complaints.
- Define SOPs and ensure that the SOPs / Guidelines are adhered at the various sites. Designing dash boards & Templates to quantify operational KPIs and periodically review the KPIs.
- Drive safety as a process across the zone to propagate a safety culture in the facilities.ng experience in handling Multiple Warehouses across the Country at National Level
