Leads a team of 50+ team members. Is accountable for end to end delivery of Supply Chain Services within the scoped targets, and the performance and results of a team as part of the service delivery This role would be accountable for the following - Team Management - Managing teams that handle Data acquisition, Data Analytics &amp; Reporting, Back Office services for all the sub functions in supply chain, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, logistics, SC Finance, SHE, RPA etc Customer Alignment - Identify opportunities in line with Global SC Vision - Coordinate with Global Governing Committee - Coordinate with global stake holders &amp; manage various work requests &amp; negotiations with internal clients - Establish New teams within identified domain - Enhance product solutions delivery in existing team - Overall technical enhancement of center in line with goals Infrastructure &amp; Enablement - Provide effective infrastructure in line with Global strategic goals - Develop and implement SOPs for various processes - Ensure adequate staffing (Talent Acquisition) and resourcing for center - Manages vendor relationships as and when needed People &amp; Performance Management - Creating a high performance organization &amp; Identify opportunities and drive synergies amongst the various teams - Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders and management. Directs and manages the work of cell leaders. - Establish performance standards and review mechanisms for all teams - Implement Talent Development Strategy and Succession Plan for key positions Planning - Development of business plans, strategies and approaches to take advantage of the business opportunities in coordination with global functional teams. - Provide subject matter expertise in Supply Chain areas including risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation - Monitors projects progress and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions - Development and managing operational budgets. Qualifications - Education/Work Experience: Degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or Operations / Supply Chain Management. 7+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Finance or Supply Chain Management, Projects Management. 3+ years experience managing Analytics teams Reporting to - To India SC Director Travel - 10%
