Head - Stressed Asset Management - BFS (12-18 yrs)

- Lead Stressed Asset Management is responsible to lead and oversee the management of stressed accounts by developing, overseeing and evaluating all appropriate mechanisms in terms of Initiating timely action upon identifying stress, Work out on revival strategies, remedial measures for recovery of stressed assets and facilitate advisory.

- Head Recovery, Collection & Fraud Control is responsible for providing strategic direction managing stressed assets by designing, monitoring and evaluation of all appropriate policies, strategies in identification, prevention and remedial measures :


a) Environment: To keep abreast with the latest market, industry and sector trends, identifying opportunities/ challenges for the business to capitalize on managing stressed accounts and get updated on recent regulatory developments.


b) Market Dynamics: Understanding of complex business requirements, need articulation and solution design/ fitment, market intelligence such as sectoral trends/ risks/ needs, and strategic networking and relationship management with the necessary stake holders.


c) Risk Management: Given that the vertical is sector agnostic and dependent on the cash flows of its borrowers (for recovering dues), Improving standards of risk management, ensure identifying early mortality accounts, ensuring an enhanced return on assets and exploiting profit opportunities for recoveries out of provisioned accounts.

- Develop and execute stressed asset management strategies consistent with the nature of exposure, nature of collateral in close liaison with the internal legal team and external counsel Formulate and implement plans to achieve the desired objectives at the same time preserving value of collateral and averting further downside risk.

- Direct monitor plans for Credit Risk Grade (Threshold) accounts and any non-performing accounts by frequent reviews and visits. Set up processes, reviews and monitoring policies for indicating early warning signals on credit quality and defaults
