Strategy & Transformation Head

- Strategizing for business growth both organic as well as inorganic

- Define short-term and long-term business strategy inline with business deliverable

- Identify channels for business expansion. Suggest/ implement new product development strategies based on market study

- Will be responsible for spearheading the strategic vision across all fronts of the business

- Envision and implement processes that facilitate growth

- Identify right adjacency to Building material business and align the same with key stakeholders.

- Originates and converts a pipeline of business via detailed structure business development plans.

- New solution development/thought leadership, in line with the vision for future growth

- Support ongoing strategy initiatives in the business as appropriate.

- Incubate / implement the growth plans till it is ready to be transplanted into the business

- Overall responsibility and accountability for business profitability

- Identifying and pursuing Merger and Acquisition opportunities and value adding strategic alliances.
