Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage the annual strategic planning process aimed at articulating the plan for the forthcoming year action plan towards the strategy
- Employ effective prioritization techniques to help leaders identify priority areas that align with the organization's vision and mission
- Socialize the strategic imperatives to the concerned and relevant stakeholders across the organization and gain their commitment for executing the strategy.
- Stay informed of industry, competitor, and consumer trends that can impact the business and incorporate the insights into strategic imperatives
- Lead and actively participate along with the Chairman in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews of business performances.
- Drive adherence to various initiatives and build relationships by demonstrating leadership and collaborative capabilities.
- Work closely with the Senior Management and other regions to translate strategic plans that supports the growth and expansion of the organization
- Serve as advisor to leaders and other executives by sharing insights on aspects critical to the concerned strategic initiatives
