Designation: Corporate Strategy Lead

Job Purpose:

Contribute to development and implementation of strategies to grow the business and improve market positioning of the organisation

Business Strategy Lead Job Duties:

- Draw insights from Indian /international market macro environment to shapebusiness strategy.

- Define associated strategy to deliver on commercial plan and P&L commitments

- Cross functional collaboration to track strategy implementation

- Own and deliver identified high impact strategic projects

- Program manage large transformational initiatives through ongoing monitoring of KPI's or success factors, problem solving efforts and influencing skills

- Scout for acquisition targets and alliance opportunities

- Drive operational excellence through cost saving and process improvement initiatives

- Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business.

Functional/Technical Skills

- Significant experience in Management Consulting or similar set-up in Pharma companies

- Masters in Business Administration from a top tier college is a must

- 5-8 years of overall relevant business/management consulting experience.

- Strong problem solving and analytical background with ability to work in ambiguous

- environment

- Demonstrated program management / coordination / influencing / negotiating skills

- Excellent written and oral communication with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel &Word

- Intelligent with a 'can-do' attitude
