Strategy and Planning head Experience: 10 - 12 years Location: Bangalore - Build the vision for the Strategy practice - Provide technical leadership by helping project team create a hypothesis, draw structure &amp; plan. Also, provides review bandwidth to other team members on their projects as required - Taking responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation - Support strategy development and deployment for the practice. Drive focus on key processes. - Business Modeling and resolution plan development and an ability to analyse and envisage new / key industry trends - Strategic review of processes with the business owners and operational leadership team to ensure the developmental programs are aligned with business plans. - Manage relationships with and cross functions. - Should be an Individual Innovator, extremely curious and who can challenge the leadership to reshape the DNA - MBA from reputed Institute / University / Business school - 10+ years of experience in business strategy. Experience in consultancy organization is added advantage.
