Head - Strategy - Pharmaceuticals

The Head of Pharma Strategy assists the Chairperson and CEO Global Pharma in providing strategic advice through data driven insights.

A thought partner and an SME who contributes to the growth of the business by helping evaluate future opportunities as well as providing ongoing support in running the business.

Works with External stakeholders such as Investment Bankers and consultants. Internal stakeholders include : Business heads, Other CXO's Board of directors and Legal & Compliance teams

Overall Candidate profile:

- 7-10 years of experience managing CEO/CFO's and other CXO's

- Experience in consulting with leading strategy consulting organizations in the Pharmaceuticals/ Lifesciences practice, at a level equivalent to an associate

principal or senior engagement manager

- A high EQ, good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across businesses, functions & geographies

- Excellent understanding of strategy, investor relations, M&A, Finance, Risk Management & Legal frameworks

- Ability to liaise effectively with the board
