It has recently raised external funding to expand its store network. The Company has a vision to launch an IPO in the next 3-4 years and is looking to hire an entrepreneurial operations professional to help it reach that scale. The Company is seeking an innovative leader to head its strategy and marketing team for the online business. The candidate will report to the CEO and the Board and her/his key responsibilities include: - The candidate will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and achievement of marketing linked business goals. - Liaison with technology team to provide better user experience to online customers - Define strategy, focus areas and plans for brand awareness and customer interaction - Identify and initiate customer acquisition and retention strategies based on customer insights and new opportunities in the segment - Marketing/Brand Awareness activities: Plan, budget, develop and monitor marketing initiatives across marketing channels (digital, offline, content and social channels) - Conceptualize, develop &amp; ensure effective implementation of long &amp; short term Marketing &amp; advertising strategies/plans in line with the overall business for achieving designated category/brand objectives - Manage relationship with creative, media and PR agencies to develop innovative and efficient media plans for the Company &nbsp;Candidate Profile: - The ideal candidate will be an e-commerce professional with 8-15 years post qualification experience in the retail, food or FMCG space with at least 5 years in a managerial position/level - MBA from a Top tier institution with a specialization in sales and marketing - Prior experience in Brand Management/Integrated Marketing Communication/Strategy Development for a renowned consumer brand - Successful experience managing a lean team and coordinating with creative agencies to plan, optimize and measure campaigns
