Chief Of Staff - BPO (12-20 yrs)

We achieve results by transforming our clients' businesses and delivering excellence in customer experience. The Chief of Staff (to the CEO) has been identified as a critical role for the organization in our transformation journey.

- The role will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and deliver strategic projects on a global scale.

- This role will serve as a focal point of communication and interaction within the business leadership team. This role will plan, coordinate, and implement key strategies on the behalf of executive leaders in the organization.

- The role is expected to coordinate special projects and draft presentation materials for board meetings, investor conferences, and employee town halls.

- This role will run a program management office and will be involved in alliances and acquisitions, often working closely with the heads of Strategy, Sales, M&A, HR, and the company's innovation center.

- This role offers an opportunity to build relationships and credibility with other direct reports to the CEO.

Strategic:

1. Work with the CEO and senior leadership to define the strategy and run the management cadence for the business

2. Support CEO with org level Global initiatives focused on productivity improvements

3. Enable a culture of innovation & strategic direction

4. Effective in problem-solving ability, passion to make a difference in the organization, and who can take the ideas and convert them to reality.

5. Assist in driving the development of the 3-year strategy and aligning annual OKRs with it.

6. Oversee strategic initiatives from development through successful execution Partnering with Business Leadership

Operational:

1. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making and minimize the overall report burden.

2. Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.

3. Provide operational insight to our businesses, and our growth initiatives, supporting the Head of Strategy and Business Operations, in day-to-day operational activities, and providing additional analytical insight to other Senior Leadership Team members as required based on strategic projects identified.

4. Manage the administration and execution of the team's goals, measurement of goal attainment, evolving and driving various sales processes involving alignment between multiple teams

5. Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement.

C. Ideal Candidate:

1. Ability to influence internally to the CEO level and be seen across the organization as leading and driving forward our engagement with these customers.

2. Must have a proven track record of shaping and driving the delivery of strategic projects at a global scale

3. Able to demonstrate a high level of business awareness along with an appreciation and knowledge of the key principles underpinning the business in which they operate within

4. Ability to analyze and contextualize complex issues, identify key points to be addressed, and develop effective, practical plans to resolve complex problems

5. Capable of strong individual contribution and influence across non-direct reporting teams.

6. Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment, orchestrating strategic and complex projects.

7. Must have excellent relationship-building skills and commercial acumen
