Head - Strategy - Internet/eCommerce/Consulting Firm (8-14 yrs)
An ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in Strategy/Operations Consulting. A perfect fit will be someone who started their career with a Management Consulting firm and then moved to an in-house strategy role at a tech-driven business.
The candidate will be responsible for helping execute strategic direction, bringing operational excellence, and driving key strategic projects
- The Strategic Projects span across 4 key areas: Revenue, Pricing (Strategy & Execution), Product and Support (NPS, customer satisfaction)
- Ability to create hypotheses around buying behavior and value on the table and test the same with structured experiments
- Create frameworks to leverage Data and technology to analyze the competitive marketplace
- Execute critical projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Communicates complex business drivers in simple terms to all levels. Build trust and align teams to strategic solutions.
- Partners with leadership across the organization as a thought leader. Makes and influences strategic decisions for long-term growth. Comfortable providing input to leadership on strategic plans and assumptions.
