Head - Strategy & Growth - Consulting

- We are looking for an experienced strategy head to shape our organization's long-term strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives. The strategy manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. Job may include-

- Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.

- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc. define growth objective, at which layers of the funnel should growth initiatives be focused?

- Prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes. Ideas for initiatives to create growth originate in virtually all functions in the organization

- Direct business planning efforts across all lines of business and functional areas

- Lead in the creation of frameworks and analysis to support strategic decisions

- Conduct analysis on topics such as new market opportunities, strategic initiatives, business development, competitive landscape, and cross-business segment opportunities

- Looking for 12-16 year experience, B.E & MBA (from IIM) with experience in Management consulting, private equity companies
