Head - Strategy - FMCG

Job Title : Head of Strategy

Reporting to : Managing Director (IIT, IIMA)

Client : Global FMCG MNC

Candidate Profile : Premier Engineer + MBA (2007-2010 batch pass out) with solid Sales and Marketing experience in FMCG companies. A wide experience is strongly desirable, preferably encompassing both GT, MT, Marketing, Strategy, eCommerce, etc.

Role :

- Work closely with the MD to develop the companies strategic GTM agenda.

- Drive projects including scoping, analysis and development of recommendations, independently or in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and/or external consultants

- Manage a large network of internal stakeholders involved in cross-organizational projects

- Work with the channel strategy team to incorporate brand/category inputs used in

Career Growth Path : National Sales / Marketing Head role in 2-3 years.
