Head - Investment Strategy/M&A

We currently are handling openings for the positions of Head Investment Strategy role.

Experience :

- 18- 24 years of Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Investment, New Projects,Business Development and M&A from FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food and consulting companies experience is must.

- Candidate should have stable career with contributions at each of the places from FMCG, Food , Consumer Goods and consulting companies with professional companies and competitive environment.

Qualification : Any Graduate / Engineer / ICWA / CA / MBA.

KRA's :

The person will be responsible for Business Strategy, Investment, Start UP's / New Projects Evaluation, Business Development and M&A.

- Execution of strategy planning

- End to end development planning / program management in line with the development objectives, review of development progress.

- review and coordination

- Working with team to ensure effectiveness of Projects.

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
