Head - Strategy - eCommerce - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Weare looking for an Strategy and Transformation Manager to shape our organization's long-term strategy, that support continued improvement of the business's overall performance. The person will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage. The person will be responsible to identify, and oftentimes implement, potential solutions for a specific problem or strategic projects.

- Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them

- Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods

- Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solution and move people and organizations to act

- Support the development of long-term organizational strategy, product and business diversification

- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.

- Aligning goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.

- Assessing market trends, competitors, threats and opportunities.

- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.

- Collaborate with senior management to devise effective short and long term plans, Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner

- Assess and strategize transformative projects to make sure they align with the company's goals

- Recommending multiple initiatives for economic and financial viability of the company; optimize and accelerate sales, marketing, technology and FPA

- Looking for MBA from Tier 1 Institute with 3-8 years exp at McKinsey, BCG, Bain
