Purpose:

- Head Strategy Corporate Salary will play a crucial role in leading the strategy management team in the development of long term strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Strategize and create appropriate working models in line with the business expectations and requirements to manage key segments.

- Responsible for providing short and long-term strategic recommendations that are meant to develop and capitalize business opportunities.

- Responsible for channel planning for the business as well as target setting for weekly/quarterly/annual business plans.

- Review and identify business growth opportunities and ensure that share of business is increased through specific activities across locations.

- Review competition offers and ensure competitive offering to existing corporates,

- Work with other product groups to define product level strategies and action plan to increase product penetration.

- Ensure retention of profitable business and develop strategies to increase our share of business in key corporates.

- Responsible for collaborating across the organization with top leadership, aiding in individualized strategy formulation for different projects and initiatives.
