We have been retained exclusively by a chemical company which is a multi-division and multi-product company with 5 manufacturing facilities across 3 states in India. The company has a history of 40+ yrs. The current relevant business is around 1300 crores planned to double in 3-5 yrs time.

- They had consulted with BCG as strategic advisors and felt the need to have an internal head for strategy to do it more efficiently and also look for similar internal and external opportunities. This therefore is a new pivotal position in western India which will have an impact on the future growth of the company. As part of a career path this position in time can evolve into a SBU head .

- Their products include Basic Chemicals, Fine and Specialty Chemicals and Performance products which find applications in Colourants, Agrochemicals, Petrochemical, Pharmaceuticals, Rubber, Specialty & Fine Chemicals, Paper, Textile industries and export to over 30 countries

- The Head of Strategy will work and report to one of the Board of directors and will lead a good pedigree 3-member team and a CA.

Engineer Preferably Chemical and An MBA from a reputed top 15 B schools is a must with 9-15 years experience .

- Solid hands-on functional expertise in the areas of Business Administration, Strategy / Corporate Planning/Project Implementation. 

- Prior experience working in senior leadership role & business know-how in manufacturing of process industry / consulting domain with a well networked personality will be an added advantage.
