Head - Strategy - Business Initiatives (4-10 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Devise and execute diverse strategic business initiatives in partnership with President and the leadership team.

- Market entry strategy, market positioning, competitor analysis etc

- Create internal buy-ins for defined strategy and stakeholder management

- Incubate & operationalize the opportunity including M&A where necessary

- Develop and work with a "high performance" team to deliver the key objectives

- Offer project management and process support to the company, and Leadership team for top line / bottom-line improvement

- Offer analytical support to President for critical financial and strategic initiatives (e.g., critical new product introductions, specific M&A)

- Codify and disseminate best practices from industry and deploy these to enable business transformation.
