Head - Strategy & Business Development - Real Estate

- This position will be primarily responsible for expanding real estate footprint and developing and managing their real estate portfolio in India through Brand Licensing Agreements with suitable developers, Deal Sourcing, Deal Evaluation, Transaction Structuring, Negotiations, Deal Execution & Operations set up.

- As part of a small team, this role requires an entrepreneurial approach to leading transactions and comes with a high level of visibility throughout the company. Real estate is a critical enabler of our corporate growth plans, and the Real Estate team pairs our dynamic footprint requirements with actionable solutions.

- The role will consist of macro- and micro- market studies, data collection and analysis, financial modelling (including valuation studies) and the preparation of presentations for the senior leadership team.

- Origination and Deal Execution whilst evaluating sector-specific opportunities to determine go-to-market potential, anticipated ROI, payback, risk and similar criteria relating to the organic growth of existing business clusters.

- In addition, M&A or JV prospects will be similarly analysed for their strategic and investment potential.
