Previous experience with technology expertise is an advantage - Built and managed profitably new ventures /functions /verticals in established organisations. - Experience in advising Venture Partner to Select Startups - Investing + Buildout for Startups: Built, led, managed the cross-border M&A business - Leadership experience of 15+years across Cross Border M&A/PE, Full-cycle VC - Investment + Portfolio growth+ Exits - Financial acumen - the capacity to demonstrate knowledge of and insight into financial principles and processes and identify inconsistencies in data - Ability to plan and prioritise effectively; outstanding analysis skills, strong project/ process management skills. - Enterpreneur mindset with teamwork and leadership skill
