Head - Strategy & Analytics - Consulting Firm (12-15 yrs)

Our Client is looking for senior business leadership to spearhead their foray into autonomous and intelligent data products that solve the full gamut of business and analytical needs. The role involves working with heads of lines of businesses in our Financial Services division to understand contemporary business needs, make impactful and actionable offers in partnership with specialist teams, and drive end-to-end execution of initiatives. 


The role encompasses recruiting, developing and motivating an exceptional team that is drawn from elite campuses in India and abroad, and focused on our mission to develop world class data products.


You will apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You will have the opportunity to learn and to build deep expertise in core areas of advanced analytics, industrial scale product development, data science and machine learning

Specific :

- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using business, statistical and data analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations

- Conceptualize and develop world class data products leveraging Machine Learning on structured and unstructured data

- Involve problem frameworks, develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan

Preferred Qualifications & Experience :

- Level of experience : 12+ years but not a constraint for the right candidate

- Degree in a quantitative major from premier institutes like Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institute of Science, and Indian Statistical Institute, but not a constraint for the right candidate

- Relevant Work Experience preferred but not a constraint for the right candidate
