Head Real Estate - Strategy & Investments

Job Description:

- The role will be to help support the financial planning function and investor relations.

- The candidate is expected to help update the business and evaluate new acquisition opportunities.

- The role will involve strategy and asset management of the entire portfolio including preparation of cash flow models, valuation of India office portfolio, market research, analysis of competitors, compilation of financial and operating metrics, private fund reporting and preparation of private and public investor presentations.

Responsibilities:

- Involves property market research, financial analysis, business development, project evaluation

- To generate opportunities for real estate development in identified geographies by using multiple channels

- To assess the development potential of identified land parcels

- For potential opportunities, analyse market data, evaluate & recommend the optimal product mix for a land parcel

- Based on project assumptions, develop a financial model for determining the financial feasibility of the project

- Develop a business plan, variance analysis & sensitivities

- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders the user expectations, concerns and value for the to-be business model and solutions

Education Qualification:

- MBA from IIM or equivalent institutes
