Head - Strategic Procurement/Sourcing - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
The purpose of the role is to lead the entire Packaging Materials and Innovation Procurement team.
1. Lead the Packaging Materials vertical and PM category buyers to ensure flawless business delivery as per Supply targets.
2. Lead analytics & business intelligence focused on driving category & supplier performance improvement.
3. Responsible for driving Innovation/ Renovation projects, creating a network of vendors who will operate as Innovation Business Partners.
4. Frame, align & execute the long-term strategy for packaging material components in line with business
5. Primarily responsible for sourcing of all Packaging Materials, servicing across 1000+ of SKU's
6. Experience in sourcing of packaging materials preferred but not compulsory
7. Strong Procurement Background
8. Need to balance Cost, Quality, Value and Service
9. Liaison with commercial, marketing, finance apart from supply verticals of technical center
10. Should have experience in Procurement for Sizeable projects in large firms.
11. Ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations
