Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, organize and manage the partnership, business development and alliance opportunities with key distributors of financial products such as fintech companies, wealth management players and NBFCs creating awareness about the value proposition offered
- Grow and monetize existing partners through scalable programs spanning multiple verticals/categories.
- Negotiating partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Develop monthly targets and metrics to measure ROI from strategic partnerships and monitor adherence to the same
- Build and manage a team of growth manager and key account managers to foster existing and new partnerships
Requirements:
- 15+ years managing strategic partnerships and channel partners in an insurance company or bank or NBFC or fintech
- Understanding of the ecosystem and existing relationships with large distributors including fintechs
- Hard core sales person with a go-getter attitude
- Must have recruited and managed a team of growth managers and account managers
