Head - Strategic Legal - LLB - Auto/Steel (10-17 yrs)
Purpose of the Job :
To handle various issues related to group companies on policy management and strategy.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Central legal management of policies in the company & Group Companies
2. Support GGC &other legal team to prepare arguments & strategy in cases
3. To help board note preparation on policy decision and notes
4. To provide legal support to Group Strategic Procurement & GIM.
5. To provide strategic support level 1 to all company group companies located in different parts of India.
6. To assis & facilitate any matters - Corporate or litigation which may have an impact across the Group.
