Head - Strategic Initiatives - Insurance Sales - Defence Channel (10-18 yrs)
Title: Head- Strategic Initiatives- Defence Prahri
Job Details: We have a defence Channel. This channel focuses on selling Insurance to Armed Forces Families, Police Forces & Para Military Forces. The job requires them to be connected with forces/cantonment etc. This channel is headed by an Ex-Army Officer.
- We are looking at equipping this team with few more Senior resources. They looking at someone who has now been working in BFSI Corporate sector in BD/Sales and has strong BD/Sales exposure in Defence sectors.
- Ideal candidate should not only be involved with interaction with all senior officials of Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home but also with Officials of Army/Navy/Air Force and Para Military Forces to include CISF/ CRPF/RAF etc.
- The candidate should be responsible for increasing business in the Area of operations but also be instrumental in product development with concerned team, hiring/ training team for the vertical. Will be managing a spread out team across the Country.
