Senior leadership role within Financial Services This is is a high profile role and as such, our client is looking to recruit a high caliber individual. The Head of Strategy will help shape the strategic agenda - Responsible for identifying Growth strategic opportunities and making recommendations to the Executive. - This person will work very closely with the CEO to drive the very ambitious growth agenda of the organization and lay the plan out for all key strategic initiatives. This person will liaise with several key stakeholders in the organization to formulate plans and develop the execution roadmaps. Required Candidate Skills:- - Strong strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management capabilities and vision to execute. The person must come from a Tier 1 educational institute with 12-15 years of experience. - Proven experience of operating in a strategic role within a large, complex and commercial organization - Proven experience of strategy development, ideally within a service-led organization or top-tier management consultancy - Experience in managing the delivery of strategic projects - Proven commercial and financial experience - Excellent stakeholder management
