Designation: Head - Business Development
Responsibilities of Head of Business Development & Strategic partnerships
- Initiating and managing national tie-ups with Asset Manager, Insurers, Banks, National Distributors and Large IFA Chains, including offshore Partners
- Drive partnership acquisition and sales through ideating and conceptualising new propositions and prospects within the identified segments
- Implementing competitive selling programs/strategies to improve product awareness & enhance business growth- Strong internal collaboration with Sales teams to drive structural engagement for Clients (Banks, NDs etc)
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Investment and Compliance to develop and deliver end-to-end client solutions; rendering assistance in sales promotion activities- Conceptualizing and executing business plans- assessing the revenue potential in business opportunities
- Formulating and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through
- Rendering sustained services for high ROI, increasing retention level by achieving quality norms and resolving customers- issues to attain high customer satisfaction- Ensuring the successful accomplishment of pre-set business targets in face of growing competition; identifying the prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve profitability
