Head Strategic Alliances & Media sales

Location: Bangalore Office

We are looking for a self-motivated Media Sales Leader who has a genuine passion for sales, understand the Media Market and innovates and conceptualizes new medium for selling things/inventory. He / She should have Exposure dealing with Agencies / Brands. Multicity experience is critical.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Position shall be responsible for developing new revenue enhancement opportunities through Alliances, Co-Branding & Ad Space selling for our ATM network.

- Defining alternative products & advertising solutions for our ATM network

- Expected result: Driving alternative revenue by developing Strategic Alliances, space selling, and Value-added service solutions for Organisation

- Responsible for pushing business development aggressively both in the acquisition of new clients and maintain the relationship for existing clients

- Acquisition of new clients PAN INDIA will be the prime focus for the candidate, he or she should profile various sectors come up with potential clients, establish connect and initiate sales pitch

- Knowledge and awareness of client focused campaign/media planning and selling the same to clients

- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis

- The candidate will be responsible to maintain a minimum threshold of advertising revenue throughout the year, stuck deals to have a regular revenue stream during low seasons

- Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized thus maximizing the ROI

- Finding out who controls the advertising budget among the target segment organizations and contact them well in advance for new business.

- Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business

- Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision

- Frequent Travel to client locations.

Relevant experience:

- 10+ years of relevant experience

- High Level of Creativity and Entrepreneurial Spirit

- Excellent client management skills

- High commercial and business acumen

- Strong know how of Media and space Selling Space

- Experience in OOH & New medium (Not digital) will be beneficial

Desired Skill set:

- Good connection with decision makers from Outdoor agencies, corporate clients & govt. Department (DIP / DAVP)

- Strong Media Sales experience of Online media selling with a proven track record of achieving media sales revenue for the organization OR strong Media Agency experience

- An ideal person should have strong contacts with media agencies, media buyers. Strong media contacts. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels

- Confident and pleasant personality

- The ability to work under pressure meet targets and have exceptional time management skills and should be good with numbers

- Outdoor Advertising: Branding options like - Standees/ posters/ innovations in ATM space / room (plus)

- Knowledge and awareness of various BTL activities with primary focus but not limited to outdoor advertising: OOH, FM/Radio / Magazines /Selling Ad films/ Static slides on ATM screen

- Should be a Hustler and look for innovative ways to capture the market.

- Experience in Concept selling or Consultative Sales will be preferred.
