Head - Strategic Alliances - BFSI

- Partner with NBFC, Fintech Cos, Payment aggregators engaged in lending across products and target segments.

- Identifying new business opportunities to expand Bank's product offering through the strategic partnerships.

- Responsible for setting up the alliance business framework, loss guarantee architecture, pricing structure

- Work closely with cross functional teams to set up operational framework, processes and draft partnership agreements

- Work closely with the Legal, Policy, Compliance, Credit, Risk, Operations, IT, Product & Customer service-support teams (central teams) as well as the partners to lay down processes/systems that result in a superior customer experiences.

- Engaged extensively with the alliance partners to draw out mutually agreeable business model and policies for partnership.

- Directly involved in partner team management, Training, Sales planning, Sales target discussions, Customer service-support & Ironing out operational issues.

- Work with the alliance partners on long term growth plans/resourcing and investments.
