Head - Staffing - Outsourcing/BPO/IT/ITeS Vertical

Candidate Profile

- Adept and used to handling and managing a business at scale.

- Managing Business operations including P&L responsibility for Consumer, Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering and Chemical vertical by offering a host of business solutions in permanent recruitment\

- Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales/operation strategy development to achieve business goal.

- Completely responsible for all new expansions including the client acquisition, planning and execution of the work.

- Minimum 15 years of experience and should have independently managed a profit and loss centre of a medium to large sized company.

- Experience in a client front ending / delivery team/ volume sales/ bulk recruitment role

- Experience in managing diverse teams with an overall Span of Control of at least 50

- Open to travel across all locations frequently.
