Role - We are looking for an experienced business leader who has worked in event sponsorships and digital media ad sales. - The candidate should have great relationships with brands and media buying agencies and should be able to open doors and conversations started with their experience. - We will be responsible for driving B2B revenue and growth. Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the ad sales & brand solutions department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities - - Actively pitching to brands and presenting them with creative sales &amp; solutions, for both on-ground and digital properties. - Interpret brief from clients to understand the brand positioning, key Marketing Challenge, Brand/Initiative Objective and resources available (duration of the activity, budgets available, other supports available, etc.) - Work with internal teams across marketing, tech, content, and data to create compelling solutions for clients including rollout plans, budgets, logistics, etc. - Owns revenue targets and pushes for them actively. Should be comfortable with owning growth numbers. - Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of Sales managers. - Monitor, analyze sales, market trends and develops an effective strategic sales plan. Requirements - - Needs to have strong contacts and relationships in the industry across brands and agencies.
