Head - Spareparts Business - Commercial Automotive (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Spare Parts Business - Pan India.
- Responsible for development and growth of genuine parts business & parts share on a national level.
- Demand Planning, Sales forecasting, and Inventory Management.
- Devising strategies to ensure maximum fulfillment of sales targets.
- Responsible for Parts pricing, Competition benchmarking, and Perception building which influence customers buying decisions of vehicles.
- Dealer / Distributor management and Network development (primary and secondary) to increase Parts penetration in the market
- Customer support / Customer Care: Order processing, Payment instrument, Back Order Management, Service Level (FFR), guidance on Inventory and processes, Capability building.
- Improve performance indicators and ensure business partners i.e., parts distributors profitability and viability.
- Ensuring adherence to performance indicators of demand generation, supply performance, business management, manpower & financial requirements with the ultimate goal of having no customer wait for parts anywhere, anytime
- Accomplishing business plans for dispatch, retail, and network both primary & secondary Enabling network expansion; monitoring and assessing distributorship on various performance parameters.
- New Launch Planning - Initial Kits, Tools, Catalogues, Ordering Portals, Training, etc.
- Interventions across multiple levers in the Aftermarket value chain - Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Technical- to transform Spare Parts business
