Location: Chennai

The Department Head is responsible for delivering the following :

- Provides exceptional customer service to our business partners, measured in timely delivery to meet business partner needs

- Work closely with Legal and Risk Management to identify and reduce contractual risk

- Manage purchase order process within PeopleSoft

- Manage timely delivery and provide financial risk cover for physical goods

- Oversee STPI asset bonding/debonding and communications with STPI authority

- Achieve meaningful cost savings objectives

- Develop and improve SCS team skills

- Proactively engage and build relationships with company Leadership team and other support groups

Skills & Experience

- Master's Degree in Business (administration or program management) with 16+ years of Procurement or related experience.

- Should be from an IT Organization

- Should have exposure in India & Global sourcing

- Ability manage a team and delivery customer expectations
